Sabbath Afternoon, April 21 - 2:00-5:30pm Afternoon Session
Friday, April 20 - Sunday, April 22 - Hispanic Women’s and Young Ladies Retreat at Camp Yavapines. The Young Ladies will meet in English, so please don’t allow a perceived language barrier to be a deterrent. If you’re interested, please contact Pastor Melanie Cruz or the church office.
This coming Sabbath, April 21: Family Praise & Worship - Songs, testimonies, scripture, prayer, and more, for the kids and whole family - ROOM 8 - 9:30-9:45am. And, Sabbath Schools for all other age groups, from newborn to us older folks, taking place in several locations around the facility. They are all listed on the inside cover of your bulletin when you arrive Sabbath morning. For our Spanish-speaking friends, a new Sabbath School class is meeting. It begins at 9:30am and is being held in the senior pastor’s office in the main building. Join us for worship as Pastor Mark Sulger brings us the morning message, “THE TURNING POINT.” Sometimes, in each of our lives, it’s difficult to see when and where God will use us and our gifts. Remaining ever prayerful and hopeful, we can be assured God will reveal His purpose for each of us. The scripture reference is Acts 9:10-12. There will be visitor’s luncheon following the worship service, and as always, EVERYONE is welcome, you just need to BRING FOOD. Since we are hosting the Mad About Marriage seminar (so far, about 50 couples have signed up), and we don’t know how many of those guests will remain for lunch, we are appealing to each of you to bring a prepared food contribution, or multiple contributions, for this week’s meal. The last time we had a need like this (in February), you came through in overwhelming fashion, and I am trusting you will do the same for this Sabbath. Thank you, in advance, church family and friends for your support of Camelback and its ministries and outreach. The children’s clubs will meet in the afternoon at 2:00 as follows: Adventurers, Room 3; Discoverers Room 6, and Pathfinders, Room 8.
For the Finance Committee and Board Meeting folks, this Monday, April 23, is our monthly meetings. As usual, Finance - 6:00pm and Church Board - 7:00pm, both in the Choir Room.

The Emotionally Damaged Heart/Language of Healing will meet next Tuesday evening at its usual time of 7:00pm in Room 5.

The Men’s Small Group Study will meet this coming Wednesday (4-25), at 7:00pm in Room 10, and the Young Women’s Bible Study, at 7:00pm in the Choir Room.
Thursday nights, the Children’s Choir (Grades K-8) will rehearse. They were received so well by the church family at the Easter Sabbath service that is has been decided to keep it going.
