It’s hard to believe it’s Thursday again, ALREADY. I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels that way!
Tomorrow night, Friday, November 3, Camelback Church Youth presents WELCOME HOME, High School-Collegiate Youth Worship and Bible Study. Music, Open Mic, Food, Friends! 7:30pm in the Rotunda. This will be a monthly event, the first Friday night of every month, 7:30 in the Rotunda. Then join the group Sabbath morning as they meet in their newly-decorated quarters, Room 5, beginning at 9:30, for Bible study, fun and friends.
This coming Sabbath, November 4, 8:30am, Stephen Ministries Peer Supervision/Continuing Education, Room 1. For the young and young at heart, Family Circle Sabbath School, 9:30am, Room 8. For the worship service, we will have a guest speaker, Lynn Martell. He will be speaking on prayer, “THE INVISIBLE GORILLA AND THE MUSTARD SEED,” with a scripture reference of Matthew 17:14-21. The visitor’s luncheon will follow. Saturday night, you might want to drop by the TAA/TCE Fall Festival, 6:00 - 9:00pm, to enjoy food, games, and much more.

Caring for the Emotionally Damaged Heart/Learning the Language of Healing, meets on Tuesday nights, 7:00pm, in Room 5. If you feel you could benefit from your involvement in this kind of a setting, please come and test out the waters! The combined classes will run until 8:30pm.
We continue to host two Alcoholic Anonymous meetings per week in the Rotunda; Wednesday & Friday afternoons, Noon - 1:00pm.
The Men’s Small Group Study still is meeting on Wednesday nights. They meet at 6:00pm in Room 7.
Thursday, November 9, DivorceCare will start a new 13-week program here at Camelback. They will meet in Room 5 at 7:00pm. Registration fee is $20 and Includes a workbook. Beginning Friday, November 10 at 7:30pm and continuing all day Sabbath and into Saturday night, the Regional (African-American) Ministries Convocation will take place at Thunderbird Adventist Academy. The Adult guest speaker will be Pastor Gamal Alexander, Southern California Conference. The Young Adult guest speaker is Pastor Baron Sovory, SE California Conference.
Sabbath, November 11, and Veterans Day, we will celebrate Communion. Pastor Mark will lead out in this meaningful and important service. If you know of a home-bound individual who would appreciate having communion brought to them, please contact the church office.
