How do I sign up for an appointment?

1) Visit the Directory table in the church foyer on Sabbath morning.

When/where are the photos being taken?

• September 13 to 17 at the church
• November 22 to 24 at the church

Please allow up to one hour for check-in, photo session, etc.

What if some families/family members cannot be at the photo sessions?

We can accept submitted photos, but there is a small fee and these are grouped into a special section at the back of the directory. Under some circumstances you can also take advantage of another church's photo session. Ask the committee for further information.

Special notes for this directory

The photographers are happy to take individual and family photos; the family photo is the one that appears in the directory.

You are welcome to bring family pets to include in your photo. (As a courtesy to others, we ask that pets be on a leash or in a kennel while you sign in.)

To Schedule a Portrait Session:
1. Select the number in your group using the drop down menu to the left. (Groups of 7 or more require a 20 minute portrait session.)

2. Click on the day you are available to be photographed in the calendar at the left, or advance to the next until you find an available day that meets your schedule. (Note that there are only nine days set aside for Camelback; see the dates above.) There will be an arrow to the right of the month name to advance to the next month only if there are days available in the next month.

3. Click in the center of the white box next to the time of day you want, and you will be prompted to register for your session.

To Change or Cancel Your Portrait Session:
If you have already scheduled a portrait session and wish to review or change your session information, please login in the upper right hand corner of this page using the login and password you created when you scheduled your portrait session. For technical reasons on the website, it is better to change your session than to cancel and reschedule. Please call the church office if you have any questions.

Allow up to one hour for your professional portrait session. Be prepared for your session and show the real you! We often photograph families and individuals with their meaningful items: special toys, sports equipment, musical instruments, etc. (Pets are also welcome with the permission of your organization.) Many families wear coordinating colors for a unified look. For families and individuals, we suggest solid colored shirts with long sleeves.
