| Skip Farr - Head Elder |
Skip has served the Camelback church as the head elder for the past year. During the week he is a Civil Engineer, but on Sabbath mornings he leads a very popular Sabbath school class in the main sanctuary. He says that he loves the international flavor of the members. "Combining different cultures in the Worship of God, enhances the total worship experience." Skip moved from Oregon to Phoenix in 1988 and had originally planned on visiting several churches in the Phoenix area before settling on one. But after coming to the Camelback Church, he never left. As he tells it, "I was invited home for lunch the first two Sabbaths, so why leave?"
